Our marble floor cleaning process
- Free on-site estimate. First, we look at the stone, the finish and the problem areas, then give you a clear price.
- Prep and protect. Next, the area is cleared and loose grit is swept or vacuumed. Baseboards, walls and nearby furniture are protected.
- Deep clean. Then steam and hot-water extraction, matched to the stone, lift embedded dirt and old residue from the floor and grout lines.
- Polish, buff or restore. Where the floor calls for it, polishing and buffing bring back the finish. Chips and holes can be refilled, and worn floors can be ground and refinished.
- Seal and final walk-through. Finally, the stone can be sealed or re-sealed, and you get a walk-through of the floor before we leave.

VCT strip and wax
Vinyl composition tile is common in stores, schools, offices and back-of-house areas. Over time, the wax builds up, yellows and scuffs. How long does the work take? A single room often takes a few hours. Larger homes and commercial floors take longer, so you get a time estimate when we quote.
