Vacuuming, shaking, or beating of the rugs are not nearly as effective. Pre-Treatment: Spots, spills and stains are pre-treated using the most specialized cleaning solutions and chemicals. Cleaning: Traffic and heavily soiled areas are worked on using specially designed equipment. This involves a process of agitating, dissolving, suspending and extracting the ground in soils. (Unfortunately, discoloration due to wear, fading, or chemical reactions not reversible.) Rinsing: This removes more soil and all traces of cleaning residue, helping to restore the natural feel. Restoration: The rug is combed with special grooming tools. Drying: The rugs are hang-dried in our climate controlled drying room. Drying time depends on the rug fibers and thickness. Final Inspection: We maintain the highest quality standards, so our inspection process is thorough. We don’t hesitate to repeat any steps that might be necessary to provide you with the cleanest rug possible.
